Markacy is seeking a Director to lead multi-channel growth strategy, media optimization, and analytics engagements across a portfolio of consumer, ecommerce, and B2B clients. This is a hybrid consulting + hands-on operator role designed for leaders who can “zoom out” to strategy and “zoom in” to analytical detail. The Director will own client relationships, architect growth roadmaps, and manage teams across paid media, CRM, measurement, MarTech, and marketing consulting. Ideal candidates bring experience from top-tier agencies, consulting firms, and/or brand-side growth teams, with a strong quantitative foundation (finance, economics, analytics, modeling).
Lead client engagements across media strategy, CAC optimization, LTV modeling, forecasting, and full-funnel performance.
Architect data-driven growth plans using incrementality, MMM, MTA, geo testing, and other measurement frameworks.
Oversee paid media planning and optimization across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and emerging platforms.
Design and implement MarTech stacks (Klaviyo, HubSpot, GA4, post-purchase analytics, attribution tools).
Translate complex data into clear strategic narratives and actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders.
Manage and mentor a team of Managers, Senior Associates, and Analysts.
Contribute to Markacy’s continued expansion, including thought leadership, new service development, and BD support.
Collaborate across the broader 24 Seven (strategy, creative, analytics, embedded talent).
5–8+ years in growth marketing, marketing analytics, management consulting, or media optimization.
Expertise in at least two of the following: Performance Media, Marketing Analytics, MarTech, Ecommerce, CRM, Data Strategy, Financial Modeling.
Strong analytical skillset: Excel/Sheets modeling, forecasting, CAC/LTV frameworks, cohort analysis.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced consulting environment and managing multiple workstreams.
Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
Bonus: MMM experience, SQL, experimentation frameworks, AI/automation workflows.
