We’re partnering with a fast-growing, multi-vertical hospitality and lifestyle company to hire a Director of Activations who will focus on building and scaling a portfolio of experiential brands and large-scale cultural activations.
Responsiblities
- Own the vision, growth strategy, and performance of a portfolio of experiential brands and activations
- Scale activations from one-off events into repeatable, branded platforms with clear positioning and monetization models
- Lead the full lifecycle of activations: ideation, creative development, production, execution, and post-event analysis
- Define go-to-market strategies including audience targeting, storytelling, pricing, partnerships, and expansion
- Develop and manage monetization strategies (ticketing, sponsorships, brand partnerships, cross-promotion)
- Build and lead a high-performing activations team, including internal staff, agencies, and vendors
- Partner closely with Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure activations are culturally relevant, operationally sound, and profitable
- Identify opportunities to scale successful concepts across cities, seasons, and new markets
Experience & Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in experiential marketing, activations, hospitality, events, or brand partnerships
- Proven track record of building and scaling experiential brands or activation platforms
- Experience leading teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong understanding of sponsorships, partnerships, and revenue generation
- Deeply fluent in hospitality, nightlife, experiential marketing, and culture-driven brands
