Director of Brand Marketing 

FT/Direct Hire 
City of Industry 
5 days onsite during onboarding/ramp up period then option to transition to hybrid 3 days onsite.

Budget up to $120k + bonus and benefits – possible flex depending on experience

**Beauty experience highly preferred 

Responsibilities:
•    Develop and execute 360-degree consumer-facing marketing plans inclusive of digital & social media advertising, promotional offers, coupons and breakthrough in-store presence.
•    Work with the VP of Marketing to lead the brand in driving aggressive growth in the beauty & color cosmetics verticals.
•    Develop, implement, and measure strategic brand plans to maximize revenue by building long-term partnerships and optimizing the customer experience with key retailers.
•    Analyze competitive landscape and promotional strategy to assess brand performance, capture best practices and suggest recommendations for on-going improvement.
•    Collaborate with Product Development on new product ideas, sampling, and collateral based on consumer insights, market research and competitive analysis to meet consumer and retailer needs, and elevate brand performance
•    Brief the Visual Marketing and Creative teams in the development of in-store, advertising, and digital merchandising and promotional materials, considering all touchpoints in the consumer’s journey.
•    Manage marketing calendar and strategy for product launches, promotions, pricing, communications, forecasting, and inventory management of brand portfolio

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
•    5 to 7 years of work experience in Marketing, with at least 3 years of CPG brand management experience.  Beauty is preferred. 
•    Develops, supports, mentors, and trains Marketing team members
•    Takes ownership of projects and drives the work forward to completion
•    Efficient cross-functional alignment and influence. 
•    Well-organized, meticulous and precise to ensure flawless execution
•    Acts with speed, confidence, and judgement to deliver real innovation for customers, making decisions based on data to meet KPIs.
•    Analyzes and interprets internal sales data and syndicated data (e.g., IRI) to inform business decisions, and derive actionable insights and recommendations. Apply for this job
