Director of Consumer Engagement – Beauty
Contract – through Mid January (Mat Leave)
Schedule: 30 hours/ week
Hybrid 3 days/ week on Site in NYC Office
Pay: $65-70/hr (DOE)
Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive consumer engagement initiatives that drive brand loyalty, enhance customer experience, and support business growth. This role demands a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills and a strong background in managing multifaceted consumer programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement consumer engagement strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage and mentor a team of engagement professionals to achieve targeted outcomes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of engagement activities.
- Ensure all engagement initiatives comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior consumer engagement or related role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making approach.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a freelance contract environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing large scale consumer programs or campaigns.
