Position Overview:
This contract position will support the global Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand site, driving the execution and optimization of website initiatives and digital merchandising to enhance customer experience and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support monthly feature releases and updates for global D2C e-commerce websites in collaboration with global teams.
- Lead the creation and review of IT tickets, partnering closely with website developers to enable new features, resolve defects, and optimize site performance.
- Coordinate the end-to-end website e-merchandising process by working with third-party agencies
- Review website design workflows and prototypes using Figma, facilitating clarity and alignment during monthly sprint cycles.
- Conduct industry and competitive research to identify digital trends, inform future D2C strategies, and recommend UI/UX best practices.
- Support the Director in prioritizing digital and ecommerce initiatives while maintaining attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
- 2 -3+ years of direct experience managing front-end aspects of D2C e-commerce websites.
- Strong technical understanding of website development, digital merchandising, UX/UI design, and digital integrations.
- Experience with D2C platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with project management tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
- Exposure to consumer testing and analytics platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Google Optimize, GA4.
