We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s team as an Ecomm/Marketing Coordinator. As an Ecomm/Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing and branding efforts, specifically focusing on e-commerce initiatives.
1. E-commerce Management:
- Manage and update product listings on our e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency of product information, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, design, and content, to optimize the user experience and drive sales on our e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales, and provide actionable insights to improve overall performance.
2. Marketing Campaign Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging and visually appealing content for marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for marketing initiatives.
3. Branding and Communication:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines and assets.
- Support the development and implementation of communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
4. Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and product training materials.
- Provide support in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to e-commerce transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding strategies.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
