This brand has a great story! They have artisan projects in Thailand, India and Nepal. Their materials are sustainably sourced and they have zero-waste!  They are looking for a digital marketing manager that has worked on ecommerce sites. You must be hungry to work hard and make a difference in the industry. The eCommerce Manager will exponentially grow revenue from new and repeat customers by optimizing integrated organic opportunities on the ecommerce site and email/SMS campaigns. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate their previous success increasing revenue through these channels for a consumer product. eCommerce Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Director of Marketing to implement ecommerce and email / SMS strategies for both DTC and B2B sales channels
  • Manage all online activity in relation to driving cold traffic, email acquisition, sales, conversion, a/b testing and reporting
  • Manage the Shopify ecommerce site and related apps - curate products, build and test landing pages, update current/add new product pages per season. (no development needed)
  • Work closely with Sales Operations Manager to maintain site merchandising and promotional calendar based on inventory, sales goals and product popularity Constantly optimize ecommerce site and know which levers to pull to generate more traffic and drive sales
  • Work with the marketing team to develop email/SMS campaigns via Klaviyo and Hubspot. QA and deploy emails and texts Maintain, evolve and grow email and SMS campaign lists.
  • Test, analyze, and recommend enhancements to campaigns including segmentation, flows, messaging, & cadence Identify and test trends across all platforms
  • Establish, track and analyze website KPIs
  • Work cross-functionally to inform and align ecommerce strategy with greater marketing and business goals
  • Manage channel programs across PPC, SEO, Display and be able to make recommendations for optimizations
  • Experience buying media within Meta Business Suite and Pmax campaigns within Google Ads Manager. eCommerce Manager

Requirements:
  • Experience leading successful organic digital marketing efforts for a consumer product - not services or B2B
  • MUST be able to have compelling numbers and story to demonstrate success in similar role
  • Hands-on experience in Shopify or similar ecommerce platform Shopify dashboard and Google Analytics Knowledge
  • Experience with HubSpot as well as Klaviyo integrated with Shopify
