Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our eCommerce site, supporting marketing initiatives, and maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has an eye for accuracy, and thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day Tasks
Product uploads, merchandising, pricing, and inventory checks
Ensure product data accuracy and timeliness on site.
Support paid media creative briefs
Provide assets and campaign details for ad launches.
Update weekly dashboards (sales, traffic, CAC, AOV, email KPIs)
Leverage Triple Whale as the source of truth; reporting framework managed by Brand Manager.
Flag and track site bugs
Report issues to Brand Manager for fixes.
Execute Klaviyo campaigns (email & SMS)
Schedule sends, QA links/images, manage segmentation.
Draft email + SMS calendar for upcoming weeks.
Coordinate with operations on fulfillment issues
Ensure timely resolution of customer experience gaps.
Execute promo codes, GWP offers, and seasonal launches
Maintain accuracy in campaign setup and reporting.
Monthly / Quarterly Tasks
QA site before launches and major sales
Review links, pricing, creative assets, and functionality.
Coordinate creative alignment across channels (paid, email, social, site)
Ensure consistency in messaging and visuals.
Update reporting dashboards for full-month recap
Use Triple Whale as source of truth; reporting framework built by Brand Manager.
Support brand manager on campaign execution
Provide operational and logistical support across initiatives.
Accuracy and timeliness of product and promotional data.
On-time campaign and reporting deliverables.
QA effectiveness (minimal errors in site launches/campaigns).
Efficient coordination across marketing, operations, and creative teams.
