Our client is a very cool growing beauty/skincare company looking for an Ecommerce/Digital Marketing Manager! Must be based in SoCal!Position:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the the company's website and partner with our agency to drive digital performance and sales growth. You will be a key player on the team so strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are critical.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the execution of various ecommerce initiatives designed to increase site traffic, AOV, conversion, customer acquisition
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, affiliate programs, Google and display advertising campaigns.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Implement retention strategies: loyalty, win back, subscription program.
• Identify trends and insights to optimize performance
• Partner with agency to increase marketing results and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
. • Evaluate emerging technologies.
Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Beauty experience a plus
• Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies
• Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC ,SEO, Display and affiliate marketing channels
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinker
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
