Client Overview

Our client is a well-established organization in the digital commerce and consumer products space, seeking an eCommerce Bricks & Clicks Analyst to join their team on a short-term contract (October 9th – December 31st, 2025), with potential to extend. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a large, cross-functional team focused on optimizing online product content and performance.

Job Overview

The eCommerce Bricks & Clicks Analyst will support the accuracy, syndication, and optimization of digital product content across retail platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in content syndication, data management, and digital merchandising, with a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain product information and assets across eCommerce and retail partner platforms using PIM systems and internal databases.

  • Conduct regular content audits to ensure listings are accurate, optimized, and aligned with brand and retailer requirements.

  • Monitor syndication performance using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics dashboards to identify and address content gaps.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital operations teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure high-quality product representation online.

  • Stay current with platform updates, syndication technologies, and eCommerce best practices to enhance process efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or content management.

  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.

  • Experience with PIM or syndication platforms (e.g., Syndigo, Salsify) preferred.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fully remote position with flexibility to collaborate across teams and time zones.
