Senior Digital Content Manager
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Content Manager to own and execute the strategy for our digital platforms, including the homepage, landing pages, and product detail pages. This role focuses on planning, organization, and optimization—shaping the online customer journey by building content calendars, coordinating details with partners, and ensuring seamless, conversion-driven site experiences.
What you’ll do:
Develop and manage the on-site content strategy and master calendar
Brief, request, and coordinate content needs with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, Merchandising, Tech)
Partner with stakeholders to support launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
Monitor content performance using analytics and A/B testing, and recommend optimizations
Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and presentation across all site touchpoints
Oversee site operations to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution
What we’re looking for:
5–7+ years of experience in content strategy, site operations, or digital merchandising (ideally e-commerce/DTC)
Strong background in content planning, calendar management, and cross-functional collaboration
Understanding of UX, customer journey, and digital best practices
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Contentful a plus)
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decisions
Familiarity with lifestyle, interior, luxury, or fashion brands a plus
SEO knowledge and A/B testing experience
? Salary range: $100K–$110K + annual bonus + 401(k) match
