Leading Beauty Brand is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized eCommerce Operations Coordinator to join the eCommerce team. This role will be a key player in managing our eCommerce operations, ensuring that our customers have a seamless online shopping experience. This role will be responsible for working closely with the eCommerce Sr Manager and Creative teams to ensure products are posted live on time and accurately, banners and assets are delivered and uploaded on time, and the site is merchandised to optimize for customer experience and revenue. This position requires someone who is extremely detail-oriented, tech-savvy, has excellent problem-solving abilities, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and update the online product catalog, including setting up new product listings
- Work collaboratively with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Creative) to ensure accurate execution of projects
- Support day-to-day merchandising of the website to optimize customer experience and revenue
- Support all Ecommerce activities of the company
- Prepare and analyze reports related to eCommerce operations
- Monitor performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
