arketing Manager - Fashion

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day strategy and execution of both organic and paid marketing channels for this company. Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce, this role will manage revenue targets, operational efficiency, and project/campaign launches. The Marketing Manager will maximize sales on the site, execute digital campaigns to support omni-channel promotions and marketing initiatives, and assist in digital marketing efforts (PPC, Paid & Organic Social, Affiliate), take full ownership of CRM/Email/SMS marketing initiatives and focus on increasing customer acquisition, retaining existing customers and increasing conversion, traffic and revenue.


RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Strategy
• Responsible for achieving the direct revenue plan, gross profit and net income targets on a monthly and annual basis.
• Work in partnership with Merchandise, Creative & Retail teams to develop the product/promotional  roadmap.
• Maintain online content calendar to ensure website, Email/SMS, and all digital channel messaging are consistent & implemented efficiently
• Develop & manage customer acquisition & retention strategies. Own CRM efforts to maximize the lifetime value of existing customers (loyalty, win-back, replen)
• Build, project, deliver & optimize all Email/SMS campaigns/strategy to drive engagement, traffic, revenue, loyalty & grow our email subscriber list.

Site Improvements & Development
• Work with the Director of Ecommerce to establish ongoing site optimization, product navigation, changes and enhancements to improve customer journey and experience
• Conduct ongoing 360-degree audits of the direct-to-consumer experience, ensuring real-time feedback with consumers and ensuring every touch point from purchase through delivery is exceptional
• Champion best practices across the site and marketing channels.
• Research and evaluate new technologies

Site Insights & Analytics
• Consistently review, assess, and own KPIs to ensure growth goals are achieved
• Regularly report and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reporting to key business partners and executives
• Lead insights to Planning and Creative teams to optimize sales from each area
• Continuously research and implement new technologies / applications that help improve or optimize the online  consumer experience

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
• Ability to project manage with an understanding of website programming and development
• Experience creating, executing and evaluating online marketing campaigns including Email, Paid Search / SEO, Advertising, Paid Social Media
• Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite; HTML, CCS, Adobe Suite (Photoshop) a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS
•   4+ years’ experience in direct-to-consumer online marketing, with a focus on email marketing
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong analytic and project management skills. Ability to drive reporting and decision making.
• Ecommerce Platform Management experience. Shopify Plus experience needed.
• ESP experience in Klaviyo or similar providers
• SMS Service experience
• Passion for fashion; knowledge of competitors & consumers.
