This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, understands how retail businesses operate, and wants to grow into planning, merchandising, or eCommerce analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and have real ownership over reporting, insights, and forecasting that drive business decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze weekly eCommerce sales, margin, and inventory performance; summarize insights and highlight risks and opportunities.
- Support pre-season and in-season planning by pulling historical data, reviewing product plans, and updating forecasts.
- Build and deliver ad hoc reporting across sales activities, pricing, category and model performance, and sizing trends.
- Update planning tools and assist with plan and forecast reconciliations.
- Partner closely with Merchandising, Commercial Planning, Inventory & Demand Planning, Site Experience, Marketing, and Sales Operations.
- Support team meetings and presentations with data, insights, and clear takeaways.
- Collaborate with peers to maintain consistency across reporting and contribute to process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in retail planning, buying, allocation, eCommerce planning, site analytics, or a related analytical retail function.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, building reports).
- Ability to identify trends, interpret performance, and communicate insights clearly.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting findings.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn tools such as Power BI, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting eCommerce planning or digital retail performance.
- Exposure to forecasting, margin analysis, inventory concepts, or retail math.
- Experience with Power BI or site analytics tools.
Why This Role
- Join the eCommerce team of a recognized global brand.
- Gain hands-on experience in planning and analytics with visibility across teams.
- Work on meaningful reporting and forecasting that directly impacts business performance.
- Real opportunity for conversion based on performance.
- Strong learning and development environment for early-career talent.
