Our client is seeking a mid-level e-learning project coordinator or manager with approximately 3–5 years of experience, depending on the depth and quality of experience. Candidates coming from larger, more structured organizations may be stronger fits due to exposure to scalable processes and systems.
This role supports the end-to-end learning management/training process, including:
Building and developing training content
Delivering learning materials
Monitoring training completions and compliance
Following up with non-completions
Pulling and analyzing LMS reports
Tracking progress and managing project workflows
The candidate should understand the full lifecycle of training development—from content creation to reporting and escalation.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel (tracking, reporting, project management)
Experience working within an LMS, including pulling and analyzing reports
Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools
Exposure to AI tools and ability to leverage AI for content creation (prompt writing, content development, etc.)
Instructional design experience (formal education not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated)
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Manufacturing experience is a plus
Strong preference for candidates from consumer-focused industries (retail, marketing, consumer goods)
Customer-service mindset is critical, as developing training content requires close collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders
