We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Event Project Manager to join our team full-time. In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of various events, ensuring every aspect from initial planning to flawless execution runs smoothly. Your strategic coordination and leadership will be essential in delivering outstanding event experiences that meet client expectations and company standards.

As an Event Project Manager, you will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and secure resources. You will lead the development of event timelines, supervise on-site operations, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Your proactive problem-solving skills and ability to adapt under pressure will help keep projects on track and clients delighted.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of event projects, including corporate functions, conferences, and experiential events.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and deliverables for each event.
  • Develop comprehensive budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within financial parameters.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to negotiate contracts and secure necessary resources.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid disruptions during event delivery.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.
