Events and Facilities Manager
Full-Time Staff Role

Location: Atlanta, GA
Salary: 90-100K

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Event and Facility Manager to support the day-to-day operation of our hybrid workspace and event venue in Atlanta along with a recording studio. The role is responsible for ensuring that both daily business functions and events operate seamlessly, with careful coordination to maximize the potential of the space and minimize disruption of workflow.

**This position is based in Atlanta, with required office time and evening/weekend hours to ensure the flawless execution of events.**

Primary Responsibilities
· Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, overseeing deliveries, maintaining inventories, supporting onsite building staff, overseeing maintenance and vendors

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, from booking through event execution and post-event follow-up

· Coordinate event logistics including timelines, access needs, vendor management, set up/break down/load out and onsite troubleshooting

· Oversee the planning, setup, execution and breakdown of onsite events including all event-related communications and ensure high standards of service and hospitality

· Ensure a cohesive and immersive experience that aligns with brand standards and event objectives and exceeds client expectations

· Develop and maintain relationships with preferred vendors

· Support strategic relationships with corporate clients

· Interface with celebrity guests and their teams, providing the highest level of discretion, professionalism and respect for their privacy at all times

· Track event budgets and coordinate invoicing/payments with corporate finance team

· Ensure the facility is event and photo ready at all times, being immaculate and fully-stocked, and that work and event use of the space is seamless

· Oversee facility and equipment maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections

· Implement and refine systems that support operational efficiency, enhance brand positionings and elevate guest experiences

· Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders through regular meetings and touchpoints

Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing or a related field

· 5 or more years’ of experience in event management, or operations within a hospitality or shared-use environment

· Comfort in working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Stellar client service skills; comfort level in interfacing with high-profile guests and vendors

· Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with experience in adapting and responding quickly and thoughtfully

· Proficiency in project management tools and event planning software

· Entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, and business acumen
