Our client, a luxury jewelry company is looking to bring on an Executive Assistant who will be supporting their Chief People Officer. This person will be responsible for creating efficiency in daily workflow, managing multiple calendars, and supporting the brands remarkable People experiences. This role partners with our C-level support team to ensure effective communication and to meet pivoting business needs with a flexible mindset.
Location: Newport Beach – Onsite 5 days a week
About The Role
Using advanced and creative methods to generate correspondence, documents, team member recognition, event announcements, and processes with the brands voice in mind
Coordinates both work and individual schedules to ensure all in-person, virtual meetings, and calls are on track
Answers and appropriately screens all calls in a timely manner
Initiating and staying informed on travel (domestic and international), including air, lodging, transfers, and ground transportation, with traveler preferences and budgets in mind

Proven experience as an effective Administrative Assistant for senior management
