Our client, an Experiential Agency, is looking for a Experiential Designer to join their team. This will start within the next week or so and be an ongoing assignment. You can work fully remote!Design live events, environments, exhibits, stage sets, pop-ups and/or brand activations
• Have deep technical 3D modeling and rendering skills
• Are solid in a brainstorm and possess rapid conceptualization skills
• Have a working knowledge of fabrication, technologies, materials, building techniques and event production methods
• Study overall concept viability, sight lines, traffic flow, crowd capacities, usable space, etc
• Apply experiential design principles and urban planning methodologies to create preliminary space plans for large scale events
• Has working knowledge of Autocad/Revit in laying out architectural spaces and creating control drawings to show design intent to fabrication and production
• Create floor plans/visuals representing capacity and flow studies in support of the overall experience design
• Demonstrate a broad range of visualization formats (from hand sketches to white models to realistic renderings)
• Enjoy immersing yourself in the clients’ brand, culture, products, and marketing objectives
• Think conceptually and realistically; owning a project from start to finish (from sketch phase to physical build to installation)
• A passion for architecture, design and the physical form
• Experience with following your ideas through to production and installation
• Able to engage deeply in the work and collaborate with a variety of disciplines to bring ideas to life
• The humility required to occasionally pick up an idea from another team member and develop it further
• The ability and willingness to iterate quickly through concepts
• Are hip to the current trends (interactive technology, architecture, art, design, etc.)
• Work within tight deadlines, large and small budgets, and on multiple projects
