Role Overview
Our client in the travel space is seeking a skilled and organized Agency Producer to join their dynamic studio team for a multi month assignment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing advertising projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are on time, on budget, and of the highest quality. In this role, you will coordinate closely with creative teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to bring innovative travel campaigns to life.
Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Oversee all aspects of production for advertising campaigns, from initial brief to final delivery. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between creative teams, internal clients, and external partners. Ensure alignment on goals, expectations, and project milestones.

Scheduling & Budgeting: Create and maintain detailed production schedules and budgets. Track progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines and financial parameters.

Vendor Management: Source and manage external vendors, including photographers, videographers, production houses, and freelancers. Negotiate contracts and ensure high quality output.

Quality Control: Ensure all creative deliverables meet brand standards and client expectations. Provide thoughtful, actionable feedback to creative teams.

Problem-Solving: Anticipate production challenges and proactively develop solutions. Troubleshoot issues to keep projects moving smoothly.

Documentation: Maintain organized and up to date project documentation, including briefs, schedules, contracts, budgets, and post project evaluations.
Qualifications

Experience: 4–5+ years in agency production, project management, or a related role within the advertising industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Film Production, or related field.

Skills:
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Knowledge of production workflows across digital, print, video, and social.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships.
- Detail oriented with a sharp eye for consistency and quality.
- Ability to attend and oversee film productions as needed from a Producer standpoint.
