Role Overview: Responsible for executing the strategy of the merchandise assortment by accurately updating/maintaining systems and supporting the sample process. Supports Merchandising and Planning team in areas including but not limited to: system utilization, data entry, and sample management.Responsibilities:
- Assortment Catalog
- Quarterly Newsletter
- Ad-Hoc Support
- Partner Samples
- Updating core order template ~ 30 min weekly
- Create Monthly Retail sales recap
- Update and Maintain Travel Retail Calendar
- Market Week
- Planning/Sample Coordination
- Domestic Buy Penetrations
- SAP Uploads
- Update and Maintain Military Calendar
- Experience with Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint
- Fast typing
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in learning more and working in the fashion/retail industry
