Freelance Production Assistant (Event Support) – Las Vegas

We’re seeking an experienced Production Assistant (PAs) to support a high-profile worldwide convention for an iconic, globally recognized brand in the fast food space. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a seasoned creative team in a fast-paced, high-energy event environment.

Location: Las Vegas (local candidates preferred)
Dates:

• May 29–31 (potential pre-event support)
• June 1–4 (main event)

Schedule: Full-day support (approx. 10-hour days; exact timing TBD)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting photographers on-site during a large-scale live event
• Assisting with lighting, equipment setup, and portrait sessions
• Helping manage logistics, talent flow, and general on-the-ground coordination
• Ensuring smooth execution across both candid and staged photography moments

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a Production Assistant on live events
• Familiarity with photo shoots, lighting setups, and portrait support
• Ability to stay organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-first attitude and strong communication skills
