Freelance- Production Assistant- Onsite Los Angeles

We’re looking for a Production Assistant to join a fast-paced, high-energy fashion team in West Hollywood! This is a 3–4 week freelance role with potential to extend. Perfect for someone detail-oriented, organized, and ready to jump in and support across all areas of production.

What You’ll Do:
• Assist the production team with WIP tracking & timelines
• Coordinate lab dips, samples & approvals (Fit ? TOP)
• Manage communication with factories & cross-functional teams
• Support data entry in PLM / Full Circle
• Organize & ship samples at season’s end

What We’re Looking For:
• 1–2 years of apparel production experience
• Strong Excel & organizational skills
• Great communication and follow-through
• Team-player attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
