Job description

Senior Creative Operations Manager Overview:
Reporting to the Director, Brand Operations, they will drive the continuous improvement of Brand processes and workflows. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data, people, processes and the systems that drive our growth and brand awareness. They will manage the Systems & Infrastructure Team, who oversee the maintenance of various tools and technology that support our day-to-day creative execution and provide Brand team leaders reliable information to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Senior Creative Operations Manager Responsibilities
  • Function as the liaison between Brand, Growth, Operations and other cross-functional teams supporting new product launches and enhancements
  • Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of creative workflow and processes
  • Responsible for budget management and forecasting for the Brand team in collaboration with Director of Brand Operations
  • Advise on the creation of comprehensive dashboards and data visualizations to inform better decision-making
  • Provide guidance on long-term projects to improve data collection and analysis
  • Document and change-manage technical workflows
  • Assess new tools and technology performing cost and functional analysis
  • Perform on-going assessment of current state and develop new processes to improve efficiency
  • Optimize our marketing tech systems (Bynder, Wrike, ACS, Sketch, etc)
  • Oversee asset management team responsible for the timely organization and ingestion of all assets in the DAM
  • Exercise critical thinking in navigating cross-functional processes and risk resolution

Senior Creative Operations Manager Qualifications
  • 5+ years in-house experience in business operations working with creative teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Demonstrated skill in managing complex project plans
  • Strong knowledge of creative and production workflows and process
  • Demonstrated ability to deploy and management software systems
  • Experience working in asset management systems
  • Appreciation for and ability to design workflow architecture
