ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
Responsibilities include: (not limited to)

  • Lead social strategy across client brands, defining tone, content pillars, channel mix, and audience growth.
  • Partner with Creative and Marketing teams to develop integrated campaign concepts that align storytelling with business objectives.
  • Translate insights, data, and cultural trends into actionable strategies that drive brand relevance and measurable results.
  • Oversee quarterly social roadmaps and content direction to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand moments.
  • Guide creative teams in crafting platform-specific content and messaging rooted in strategic intent.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and present insights to inform optimization and future planning.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging platforms to keep brands culturally and digitally relevant.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between brand, creative, and marketing strategies.
  • Provide high-level guidance on influencer integration where relevant to the overall social strategy.
  • Shape the social and influencer vision that drives measurable brand growth.
  • Lead with insight and creativity, setting direction that others execute against.
  • Connect brand storytelling to performance outcomes with clarity and confidence.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent strategic experience in social media and brand marketing.
  • 7+ years of experience in social media or digital strategy (agency or multi-brand experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to craft and lead social strategies that drive brand growth and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of content ecosystems, audience behavior, and digital culture.
  • Proficient in social analytics, reporting tools, and interpreting data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Deep knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) and emerging trends.
  • Highly organized and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with creative intuition, equally comfortable in a deck or on set.
