We’re seeking freelance videographers capable of delivering high-quality video content in fast-paced, on-location settings. Ideal partners are nimble, creative, and professional — able to adapt quickly to changing environments and work seamlessly with talent, including high-profile individuals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute in-store and on-location video shoots with small, efficient crews
- Capture high-quality video content while maintaining a “run-and-gun” flexibility
- Work collaboratively with creative leads to bring concepts to life with minimal setup time
- Maintain professionalism and strong interpersonal skills when working with talent and clients
- Ensure production quality meets brand and technical standards even under tight timelines
- Participate in test shoots to assess workflow, adaptability, and professionalism on set
Requirements
- Experience producing and shooting video content in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Ability to work with a small, reliable production crew (or ability to operate as a one-person setup when needed)
- Proficiency with professional video equipment, lighting, and audio
- Ability to balance creative vision with practical production constraints
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and on-set professionalism
- Proven ability to “read the room” and adjust approach based on talent and setting
