Our client is a leading global company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global B2B Lifecycle Manager to join their marketing team. As the Global B2B Lifecycle Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth across our B2B customer base.
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B lifecycle marketing strategy to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
3. Create and manage customer segmentation strategies to effectively target and personalize marketing messages and initiatives.
4. Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media campaigns, webinars, and events, to engage and nurture B2B customers throughout their lifecycle.
5. Measure and analyze campaign performance and customer behavior data to optimize marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer success teams, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing, customer lifecycle management, and marketing automation to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
8. Manage and optimize marketing automation tools and platforms to streamline marketing processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a global or multi-national organization.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms, - Proficiency in data analysis and using data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
