Our client, a growing beauty brand, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Global Education and Field Team Director to join their team!

In this role you will oversee field teams and deliver impactful training to retail partners. This role involves managing global markets, developing comprehensive training content, and implementing education strategies to maximize our retail success especially with Sephora.

Location-Remote with some travel
Salary- Up to $140K DOE

What You Will Do:
  • Own key global markets, establishing call cycles with retail partners to deliver engaging training that drive sales.
  • Stay updated on industry skincare and body-care trends to enhance training and sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals across multiple territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Sephora’s corporate education team, store leadership, district managers, and regional directors globally.
  • Spearhead global education and eventing strategy, owning the concept and creation of all edu materials.
  • Source and develop eventing collateral, ensuring brand aesthetic is maintained at all times.
  • Monitor and evaluate in-store inventory levels and sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Lead Field Sales Consultant (FSC) trainings and develop tailored educational content for different regions.
  • Manage expenses related to each territory in accordance with budget guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Retail Marketing to analyze sales data and develop seasonal plans for retail partners.
  • Coach, manage, and develop a remote sales team of regional managers, freelancers and/or account executives in various regions, helping them achieve sales goals and professional growth.
  • Implement a robust onboarding program for new employees and freelancers globally.
  • Ensure field team schedules are planned well in advance and manage freelance calendars to meet event targets.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to communicate priorities and identify opportunities for growth.
Who You Are:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the beauty or body-care industry.
  • 10+ years of experience in Field team and Education or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of retail and beauty industry trends, particularly in skincare and body-care.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing a sales team across multiple regions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Tenacious and resilient self-starter who is able to think outside the box.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to travel to various regional and/or global markets.
  • Previous experience with Sephora US & Canada is a must; experience with Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Sephora global markets is a plus.
