Job Title: Global Merchant - Licensing
The Global Merchant is responsible for supporting the global merchandising team with a primary focus on licensed categories Kids, Socks and Underwear, and Eyewear. You will interface with internal cross-functional teams and external licensed partners, as the client’s  brand liaison.
About the Job:
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with licensee partners to develop best-in-class products for  the client
  • Collaborate with Licensing Ops to build a go-to-market calendar to ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to build and execute a strategic vision for license categories that will meet our long-term financial goals.
  • Work with cluster merchandising teams to develop global DTC seasonal briefs for each licensed category that consider market and regional variances while protecting a single brand vision.
  • Participate in milestone product review meetings with Design and Licensing Partners.
  • Collaborate with Licensed Partners and Clusters to create cohesive, brand-leading assortment strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to cross-functional teams and senior leaders in the organization and licensing organizations.
  • Participate in business review meetings.
  • Leverage marketplace insights competitive analysis sell out trends drive data-informed decisions.
  • Responsible for overseeing product data integrity in merchant systems and processes.
  • Drive operational and process improvements between internal and external stakeholders to optimize efficiency.
Experience/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline
  • 3+ merchandising experience in apparel or accessories. licensing experience a plusStrong knowledge proficiency with MS Office Adobe applications (Adobe Editor, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong analytical skills & business acumen
  • Exceptional communication & presentation skills
  • Product development knowledge of apparel and accessories
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
