Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Google Ads Manager to support our advertising operations through the execution of high-impact digital campaigns. This role will work closely with our ad sales executive to translate client objectives into smart, efficient media strategies that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, display, and social platforms.
- Optimize campaigns with a strong understanding of CPM-based buying, pacing, and delivery.
- Translate sold media packages into structured, results-focused campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Oversee targeting, bidding strategies, and cross-channel tracking to ensure accuracy and maximum performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend optimizations to improve ROI and key KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and deliverables.
- Provide clear reporting and insights throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience executing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads required; experience with display/social platforms a plus).
- Strong understanding of CPM-based buying, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Solid grasp of bidding strategies (manual and automated) and cross-channel tracking.
- Ability to translate client objectives into tactical, data-driven campaign structures.
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Does not need to be a senior-level executive—successful candidates simply need solid working knowledge of campaign execution tools and best practices.
