Graphic Designer (Full-Time)
We are looking for a creative, brand-focused Graphic Designer to join our in-house team full-time. This role is ideal for a designer who blends strong conceptual thinking with refined execution, and who is excited to craft elevated visual experiences across digital, social, packaging, and print. You will collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to bring brand stories to life and support key business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design brand-aligned creative for integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, e-commerce, and print.
- Develop compelling visual assets for product launches, brand storytelling, and evergreen marketing initiatives.
- Create and refine layouts, typography systems, iconography, and graphic elements that reinforce a modern, elevated aesthetic.
- Design for a variety of channels including social media, website, paid media, packaging support materials, and in-store collateral.
- Ensure consistency and cohesion across all touchpoints by upholding and evolving brand guidelines.
- Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print, ensuring accurate specs, color management, and formatting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand creative briefs, clarify requirements, and propose design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organized files, clear version control, and on-time delivery.
- Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and iterate quickly while maintaining design quality and intent.
- Stay current on design, digital, and cultural trends to bring fresh, thoughtful ideas to the creative process.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house brand team, agency, or studio environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating refined typography, layout, composition, and brand systems across digital and print.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools preferred.
- Experience designing for social media, email, web, and paid digital placements; understanding of best practices for various platforms and formats.
- Working knowledge of basic motion/short-form video (e.g., simple animations, social video edits, GIFs); experience with After Effects or similar tools is a plus.
- Comfort translating abstract concepts and strategy into clear, engaging visual narratives.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality execution across all deliverables.
- Ability to prioritize, manage timelines, and adapt to shifting needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- BA / BS / BFA in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
