Graphic Designer
Type: fulltime
Onsite: 5 days/week
Location: NYC
Salary: $60-65k

We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to support a growing ecommerce and marketing organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, digitally focused designer who is comfortable balancing day-to-day production needs with concepting and executing higher-level creative.

The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Marketing and Ecommerce teams to:

  • Develop creative assets for paid media campaigns (static, video, and motion where applicable)
  • Design and build weekly email campaigns and SMS-supporting assets
  • Create on-site visuals, including homepage layouts, landing pages, and promotional banners
  • Support creative needs for campaign launches, product drops, and seasonal storytelling
  • Maintain and update content calendars and asset libraries
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Qualifications:

  • Approximately 1–3 years of professional design experience, ideally in DTC, fashion, lifestyle, or related consumer categories
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma or similar tools a plus)
  • Experience designing for ecommerce and performance marketing channels (email, paid social, display, etc.)
  • Understanding of best practices for digital design, including responsive layouts and web-safe typography
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, from concept to final production-ready files
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
