Position Overview
A premier global luxury company seeks a skilled GSOC Operator to support 24/7 security operations in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. This role is pivotal to ensuring the safety of global assets, facilities, travelers, and events through advanced monitoring, incident triage, and real-time response coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor global incidents and coordinate real-time responses
- Analyze threat intelligence to support crisis and travel risk management
- Operate security systems: CCTV, access control, alarms, mass notification
- Manage internal inquiries and emergency communications with professionalism
- Maintain logs, reports, and procedures to ensure compliance and readiness
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years in a GSOC, dispatch, or command center
- Strong technical aptitude (e.g., Microsoft Suite, VMS, intelligence tools)
- Excellent communication under pressure

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
Preferred
- Familiarity with ProWatch, Everbridge, or CCTV platforms
- Experience in corporate/luxury brand security
- Comfort interacting with security tech and IT professionals
Additional Details
- Role requires prolonged sitting, clear communication, and shift work
- Must be comfortable monitoring global events and engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs) and movement between office/operations areas
