Head of Customer SuccessSalary: $80k-$100k

Hours: 40 hours a week
Location: Fully Remote (onsite in SF quarterly)
Our client is well known marketing company that offers creative services and visual content.
Overview:
As the Head of Customer Success Manager, you'll work closely with customers to discover their business needs and challenges and then coach them on the best ways to use the product to solve them. You’ll also partner with internal teams on customer plans and strategies.
Responsibilities:
· Get to know your customers’ goals and pain points and always put their needs first
· Coach customers to be product experts and train their teams to become more efficient users of the product
· Prioritize customer engagement to drive retention
· Make product suggestions as needed based on customer feedback
· Work across departments to develop customer onboarding assets
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing customer success, account management or strategic consulting organization within the retail sector
· Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
· Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail and good organizational skills
