HR Manager

This role leads the full employee lifecycle with a focus on HR and recruiting functions. Core responsibilities include workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management. The HR Manager ensures compliance with current U.S. federal and state employment regulations while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate on job design and role development to meet evolving business needs.
  • Implement sourcing and employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and improve hiring processes.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support employee development.
  • Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2–4 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, data analysis, and HR metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and implement HR strategies and programs.
