IAM Architect - REMOTE

Job Responsibilities:

- Engage in requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and provide
recommendations and solutions to clients
- Lead architecture and design new IAM solutions
- Lead capacity planning, logical and physical architecture design, hardware requirements
definition, availability and continuity discussions
- Lead IAM technology assessments and health checks
- Assist in communicating IAM program strategy and success to executive management
- Installation, Integration, Configuration, and Deployment of IAM solutions
- Develop and perform testing for IAM solutions
- Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support as necessary
- Maintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDLC
- Troubleshoot and maintain IAM solutions including product support
- Remain current on IAM and IAM market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Management responsibilities include interviewing prospective candidates
- Communication skills include status reporting, escalation of issues, technical documentation, and working in a multi-task environment
- Sales Responsibilities include participating in sales calls, pre-sales demos and contribution to RFP's and SOW creation

Basic Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience with IAM implementation/architecture, security consulting/adminstration
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field IAM Technology-specific, training/certification
- CISSP certification is a plus
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with the following IAM components: Identity Governance & Adminstration Access, Management SSO, Federation Privileged Access Management, Enterprise Directories
- Experience in Java, C#, or similar object-oriented programming

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Knowledge of enterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.)Knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, - PeopleSoft, Workday, ServiceNow)
- Experience setting up and installing software on Windows and Unix platformsExperience with the following web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web Services, etc.)
- Experience with web application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS, etc.)
- Familiarity with Role Based Access Control (RBAC)Familiarity with security/compliance standards, frameworks, and concepts (NIST, SOX, GDPR, Zero trust, etc.) Apply for this job
