Influencer Community Director

We are seeking an experienced fulltime Influencer Community Director to lead and grow our team. This newly created role offers the opportunity to spearhead our proprietary influencer marketing platform, supported by a dedicated engineering team. The successful candidate will bring strategic leadership and deep insight to oversee and empower a team focused on organic influencer community management. This position requires a dynamic leader who can drive growth and innovation within a fast-paced, flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the influencer marketing platform team.
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals dedicated to organic influencer community engagement.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to enhance platform capabilities.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain thriving influencer communities.
• Utilize insights and data to drive continuous improvement and achieve business goals.

Location: 3x per week onsite in Dumbo, Brooklyn
