Our client, an Influencer & Social Agency, is looking for an Influencer Manager to join their team. This will be full time/direct hire and hybrid to their Beverly Hills office.General Responsibilities:
- Work cohesively and supportively alongside CEO and influencer team
- Possess solid relationships with top influencers, specifically in the beauty space
- Key understanding of influencer pricing and scale, and ability to coordinate reduced rates while maintaining meaningful and on brand campaigns for clients
- Strong contract negotiation and writing skills, while coordinating paid content partnerships, including deal points and deliverables
- Ideate and execute experiential brand activations, both IRL and virtual, buzz-worthy stunts, influencer and consumer focused events small to large scale
- Ideate and execute creative mailers, working with brand team to produce unique and interactive elements, managing everything from sourcing to shipping
- Ability to handle important clients and continually raise the bar across all initiatives and influencer activations by running meetings and conference calls in a professional, educational and confident manner
- Ensure clients are represented correctly and consistently across all target influencers
- Host on brand and relevant digital influencer appointments with target influencers
- Monitor social media, influencer and general digital trends, ensuring the team creates new strategies and reports ever changing landscape to clients
- Manage and execute internal social media strategy
- Create an inspiring workplace environment with an open communication culture
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines; adjusting systems in place as needed
- Set and track clear team goals for team, while monitoring team performance
- Conduct quarterly PTs with team to review wins/losses and ways to elevate and continue improvement in a motivational way
- Ensure team is monitoring daily influencer coverage across all social media
- Brainstorm, ideate, and conceptualize for client, compiling relevant and forward-thinking influencer outreach lists and activations
- Serve as key agency point of contact for day-to-day client communication
- Lead client status calls, giving comprehensive, concise and clear updates on campaign management
- Responsible for securing consistent influencer coverage and significant results from strategic outreach and seeding
- Approve agendas, recaps, etc. before sending to CEO / client
- Work with team to ensure that all research and working documents needed on each account have been properly executed
- Ideate and oversee execution of IRL and digital activations, project managing budget and execution
- Ensure account deliverables executed and client relationships remain positive
- Spearhead and create highly analytical campaign recaps, using relevant data and statistics to prove ROI
