Leading Global Beauty Brand is seeking a Influencer Marketing Manager to join a dynamic consumer engagement team. This role supports influencer and earned media relations through hands-on assistance with brand and product campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, influencer programs, and the evolving creator landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and managing talent for campaigns and PR efforts.
- Create influencer briefs and maintain influencer databases.
- Contribute to brainstorming and content ideation with cross-functional teams.
- Support communications with internal teams and agencies to ensure campaign success.
- Learn and apply influencer marketing guidelines and regulations.
- Analyze trends and insights to optimize creator briefs and campaign strategies.
- Manage administrative tasks including purchase orders, product shipments, and event logistics.
- Provide on-site support for experiential events and virtual/in-person experiences as needed.
Qualifications
- 2 years+ experience managing social media or influencer programs.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, research, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media analytics/listening tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize under tight deadlines, and work independently.
- Positive attitude with a passion for social media, content creation, and trends.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience supporting social content creation and event execution preferred.
