A professional skincare and beauty brand is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to support existing professional accounts during a period of increased demand. This role is heavily customer service–focused with an inside sales component, emphasizing outbound outreach, order processing, and relationship management with established accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support existing professional accounts including estheticians, dermatologists, and small business owners
- Conduct 30+ outbound calls per day, documenting all outreach and account activity
- Process orders and respond to customer service inquiries
- Proactively communicate promotions, product launches, and education opportunities
- Support Territory Managers by maintaining engagement and continuity with assigned accounts
- Stay organized and prioritize outreach based on provided call lists and account needs
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong communicator with a friendly, professional phone presence
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Interest or passion for skincare, beauty, or cosmetics
- Highly organized, curious, and eager to learn products and client needs
- Background in sales, customer service, retail, or esthetics is a plus
- Self-starter who enjoys relationship-building and supporting small businesses

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour workday within 7:00am–6:00pm MT (9:00am–5:00pm MT preferred)
Location: Fully remote (Denver-area preferred for contract-to-hire consideration)
Pay Rate: $25/hour
