Inside Sales Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships and expanding our reach into new communities. This role places a strong emphasis on selling to sororities, as well as other large groups, organizations, and clubs.
Key Focus: Sorority Sales
Your primary responsibility will be to connect with sororities, understanding their unique needs and presenting tailored sales solutions that foster lasting partnerships and bulk order opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach and cold calls primarily targeting sororities, as well as corporations, sports teams, and clubs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partnerships and bulk order opportunities with sororities.
- Present and pitch products, collections, and collaborations in a way that resonates with sorority audiences and aligns with our brand mission.
- Develop custom sales packages and proposals tailored to sorority group needs (e.g., merch drops, custom orders, group discounts).
- Manage all stages of the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach, conversations, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to align sales messaging with campaigns and launches.
- Provide feedback and insights on opportunities, challenges, and emerging trends within sorority groups.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion, retail, lifestyle brands, or group sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; confident on calls, leading presentations, and in-person meetings.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Highly organized, experienced with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Passion for fashion, culture, and community-driven brands.
- Creative thinker adept at adapting pitches to diverse audiences while maintaining brand integrity.
