Graphic Designer Role
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling materials that communicate brand messages and support client projects across various lines of business.
Role Responsibilities
Design digital and print assets including social posts, landing page visuals, conference collateral, flyers, brochures, ads, and reports.
Collaborate with marketing managers, writers, and creative leads to ensure visuals align with campaign objectives and global brand strategy.
Maintain brand consistency by adhering to brand guidelines across all materials.
Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Stay up to date with design trends and emerging tools such as Adobe Express and AI-driven design technologies.
Required Qualifications
2 to 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design projects.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong visual storytelling ability – capable of delivering polished working files and final outputs.
Knowledge of and experience with design accessibility standards such as WCAG, ADA, and AODA.
Strong communication skills, curiosity about design trends and AI tools, proactive initiative, and a growth mindset.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience using Workfront or similar project management tools.
Background with marketing campaigns.
Exposure to long-form financial reporting such as annual reports, white papers, and charts/graphs.
Skills in motion graphics or video editing.
