Job Description:
- The Internal Communications Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing communications for internal audiences.
- Oversees the company’s intranet strategy and is responsible for content management, continuous improvement, and reader engagement.
- Partners with key stakeholders to advance communication initiatives and strategies, and ensures messages are successfully communicated to target audiences.
- Develops content for a variety of audiences and internal channels including standalone communications, companywide meetings, and digital signage.
- As a strategic member of Human Resources, the Internal Communications Manager is also responsible for promoting team member engagement through a variety of core programs and initiatives such as Corporate Social Responsibility, Recognition, and Learning & Development.
