Junior Photo Retoucher

REMOTE- PST Hours

Job Summary

Contemporary Fashion Brand is seeking a Junior Photo Retoucher to edit and manage e-commerce and campaign images, ensuring visual consistency and high quality across all channels. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of image retouching experience and a strong eye for fashion photography. You will help ensure that all creative assets—from campaign visuals to e-commerce imagery—are flawlessly executed, visually compelling, and aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Edit and color-correct product photography for flawless consistency across all platforms, delivering quick turnarounds while maintaining quality.
  • Organize and maintain a structured library of edited images and videos, ensuring files are properly labeled with correct file naming conventions.
  • Format and enhance image content while maintaining file size and crop specification guidelines.
  • Color-correct garments in photos using physical samples as reference.
  • Ensure visual consistency and accuracy of product images.
  • Collaborate with the Art/Creative team to ensure all assets are organized and available for use in future projects.
  • Meet deadlines and provide regular updates on the status of ongoing projects.
  • Incorporate feedback from creative leads to ensure final imagery aligns with the brand’s vision and quality standards.
  • Work effectively in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment that demands precision and strong execution.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in image retouching.
  • Keen eye for fashion/model photography, still life product photography, and strong photo composition.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot visual or technical issues.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in priorities, direction, and feedback.
  • Experience in fashion, retail, and/or e-commerce environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Capture One, Adobe Photoshop, and Dropbox.
