Client Overview: Fashion company producing juniors, mens and womens apparel categories.

Position Overview: Collaborates closely with the design team to develop seasonal collections, ensuring that concepts align with brand identity, market trends, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing Junior Knit and Woven Tops.
• Support the lead designer on various projects such as providing trend research, CADs, design boards and updating tech packs.
• Work closely with production and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility and timing.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in junior apparel.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 5 days a week.
• Previous management experience a plus.
