Our retail client in Dallas, TX is seeking a CRM Product Manager Jr. to join a dynamic Digital team. In this role, you will contribute to developing and enhancing the customer relationship management products and campaigns that elevate the customer experience and drive loyalty. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to manage product lifecycles, align CRM initiatives with business goals, and ensure timely delivery of impactful features and campaigns.Responsibilities
- Support management of CRM product roadmaps and backlog refinement to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
- Coordinate with campaign managers to align product capabilities with marketing strategies.
- Assist in monitoring CRM platform performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Analyze customer and campaign data to identify trends and inform product decisions.
- Communicate progress and performance insights to stakeholders regularly.
- Manage testing, deployment, and adoption of new CRM features or enhancements.
- Contribute to documentation and training materials supporting CRM product usage.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or CRM-related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
- Analytical mindset with basic experience in data interpretation.
