Junior Email Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Email Specialist to join our marketing team. The specialist will assist in creating, executing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns, reporting to the Marketing Automation Manager.

Location: Remote
Rate: $30-35/hr
Contract duration: 6-12 months (potential for full-time)
Hours: 40 per week
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Build, test, and deploy emails using an email service provider (Marketing Cloud experience preferred).
- Segment and manage email lists for targeted campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and calls-to-action.
- Track and report key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Ensure emails are mobile-friendly and comply with anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging emails.
- Stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Basic understanding of email marketing principles.
- Familiarity with email service Marketing Cloud
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, SQL, and AMPscript is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
