Job Title: Lead Analysis & Project Coordination
Location: Bay Area, CA- Hybrid schedule
Duration: 6 month contract- 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate: $35.00-$40.00/hr
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to support internal meetings by managing large datasets of attendee information in Excel. This role will be responsible for creating and updating weekly scorecards, analyzing data, and providing insights for ad hoc requests. The ideal candidate can independently manage their workstream, anticipate the needs of business partners, and use data to solve problems. Strong project management, data analysis, and relationship-building skills are essential for success.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis
Build and manage large Excel datasets with multiple inputs to deliver insights and regular reporting.
Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed with minimal direction.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues.
Project Management & Administration
Support the event planning team in executing annual meetings.
Manage the attendee tracking workstream in partnership with the Team Director.
Collaborate with cross-functional business partners.
Gather feedback to strengthen reporting and analysis.
Recommend and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
3–5 years of relevant professional experience
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem solving; excellent quantitative skills, ability to break down complex issues, and connect insights
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong analytical and technical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Highly reliable, accountable, and consistent in meeting short- and long-term deadlines
Skilled at presenting information clearly and interacting professionally with stakeholders at all organizational levels
Proven project management experience, with the ability to balance multiple workstreams, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver high-quality results
