Job Description: LLM TechnoloistWe are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated LLM Technologist specializing in Web Development to join a dynamic team. As an LLM Technologist, you will play an integral role in the recruitment and sales process, utilizing your expertise in web development to identify, attract, and secure top talent for clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of web development to identify and evaluate potential candidates for various web development roles.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development to ensure the selection of highly skilled professionals.
2. Sales:
- Engage with clients to understand their specific web development requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and promote the profiles of qualified candidates to clients, highlighting their skills, experience, and potential fit within the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the organization.
3. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify current and emerging trends in the web development industry.
- Analyze competitor activities and market demand to provide insights for business development strategies.
- Stay updated with industry news, events, and conferences to enhance knowledge and network within the web development community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in web development, with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of web development frameworks and content management systems.
- Previous experience in recruitment and/or sales, preferably within the web development industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
