We’re hiring a Manager to support and lead execution across media buying, analytics, and marketing optimization. Managers sit at the center of client delivery—owning weekly performance, building models, running experiments, and coordinating strategy across paid media, CRM, and analytics. Ideal for those with agency, consulting, or brand-side experience who thrive in quantitative problem solving and cross-channel marketing execution.
Own day-to-day delivery of client growth programs, partnering with Directors & Partners.
Lead performance monitoring, reporting, and optimization across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and others.
Build and maintain CAC/LTV models, forecasts, budget pacing models, and scenario plans.
Oversee incrementality and optimization programs (geo tests, creative testing, audience segmentation).
Support MarTech and analytics implementation (tracking, GA4, tags, CRM workflows, feed management).
Create client-ready deliverables that synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations.
Manage Associates to ensure high-quality execution and analytical rigor.
3–5+ years in performance marketing, growth strategy, analytics, consulting, or media.
Strong quantitative background: modeling, forecasting, Excel, data interpretation.
Strong Powerpoint skills (concise and analytical presentation skills required)
Hands-on experience with platforms (Meta/Google required; TikTok/Amazon a plus).
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Bonus: SQL, BI dashboards, MMM familiarity, AI tools, ecommerce experience.
